What are the requirements for the trial period of VarSome Clinical?

If you would like to start a 30-day free trial of VarSome Clinical, we will need the following information:

  • The date you would like the trial to begin.
  • A list of users with institutional email addresses.
  • Confirmation that all users have registered in VarSome (GDPR requirement).

During the trial period, you will be able to upload and analyze up to 5 samples (gene panels or exomes) or 1 whole-genome sample. 

To launch your analyses, you will need to have a FASTQ or VCF file ready for analysis. 

If you would like to test gene fusion annotation, you will need a TSV or CSV file. For fusion calling, you will need a FASTQ file.
