      iSeq Adapter Trimming

      How to enter correct adapter sequences in the iSeq Sample Sheet.

      Please note you need to set up your iSeq sequencer in a way that it trims adapter sequences. Otherwise, you won't be able to analyze your FASTQ files in VarSome Clinical correctly.
