The calculation of the fees is as follows:
After the due date, ex: 30-June-2023, the system allows a 3 days grace period. After those 3 days, there is an interest of 0.03% on the total amount of the overdue invoice, for each day of delay.
These charges are reflected in the 1st page of the invoice under the description “other”. In the second page of the invoice, the description is reflected as “late fees” together with the invoice that those late fees apply.
