What are the requirements for the trial period of VarSome Clinical?

If you would like to start the VarSome Clinical 30-day free trial we would need the following:

  • You should have a FASTQ or a VCF file ready to be analyzed.
  • Date when you would like to start the trial.
  • List of users with institutional addresses.
  • All users must sign up for VarSome.com (GDPR requirement). 

During the trial period, you will be able to upload up to 5 samples (gene panels or exomes) or 1 whole-genome sample.
