PharmGKB

VarSome Clinical now includes data from Pharmacogenomics Knowledgebase (PharmGKB) containing:

1.  Gene - Drug chemical relations and drug label annotation.  All the information can be found  under the "Gene" option below the variant table on the Variant Table results page, as shown in the screenshot below:
   
   

   

2. Variant - Drug clinical annotation, chemical relations and disease relations. The PharmGKB variant information can be found in the PharmGKB card under the Variant Table. In case there is no information available the PharmGKB card will be faded out.
